About Homeland
We put our name on every site board.
Homeland is a design-and-build construction firm working across Kerala, headquartered in Thiruvananthapuram. Since 2011 we have drawn, built and finished homes here — one accountable team from the first line to the final key.
01How we are set up
One team. One contract. One accountable name.
Most delays and overruns on a Kerala build happen in the gaps — between an architect who draws, a contractor who quotes and an interior firm that arrives last. We removed those gaps by doing every part ourselves, under a single agreement.
That means the people who design your home also build it. A detail decided on paper actually reaches the site, because the same team is holding both ends. You get one project manager, one schedule and one point of contact from the first drawing to handover.
It is a slower promise to make and a harder one to keep — which is exactly why our founder's name goes on the board of every project we build. We build like the whole neighbourhood is watching, because it usually is.

They handed over on the date in the contract, and the final bill matched the quote to the rupee. After hearing horror stories from friends, we could not believe how calm the whole build was. The site engineer sent photos every Saturday for fourteen months without once being asked.
One team from drawing to interiors meant nobody could pass the buck. Every question had exactly one person to answer it. That alone was worth choosing Homeland.
We opened on the exact date they promised. Weekly reports, no surprises, and a space our team actually enjoys coming to. I have already referred two other companies.
Build quality and finishing are genuinely excellent, and the house is exactly what was drawn. Marking it four because the first month was slow — approvals took longer than we were told to expect and we had to chase for a revised date. Once work started, everything ran to the week.
Third monsoon in the house and not one leak, not one damp patch. That is the review. Everything else — the drawings, the finishing, the courtyard — you can see for yourself.
I was working out of Dubai for the whole build and saw the house finished before I saw it in person. Weekly video walkthroughs, every bill uploaded, nothing hidden. My parents visited site whenever they wanted and were treated well every time.
